background: HSF1 (Heat Shock Transcription Factor 1) is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases associated with HSF1 include Synucleinopathy and Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis 1. Under normal conditions, interacts with HSP90AA1in the HSP90 multichaperone complex; the interaction preventstrimerization and activation of HSF1.
