Tissue Specificity: Expressed in lung, pancreas, kidney, liver, placenta, skeletal muscle, heart and brain. The amount in skeletal muscle, heart and brain were considerably lower than in the other tissues. Similarity: Belongs to the nonaspanin (TM9SF) family.
