| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: Growth Regulated Protein gamma (GRO gamma) is a cytokine that may play a role in inflammation and affects endothelial cells in an autocrine fashion. It belongs to the intercrine alpha family (small cytokine c-x-c) (chemokine cxc). Function: Ligand for CXCR2. Has chemotactic activity for neutrophils. May play a role in inflammation and exert its effects on endothelial cells in an autocrine fashion. In vitro, the processed form GRO-gamma(5-73) shows a fivefold higher chemotactic activity for neutrophilic granulocytes. Subcellular Location: Secreted. Post-translational modifications: N-terminal processed form GRO-gamma(5-73) is produced by proteolytic cleavage after secretion from peripheral blood monocytes. Similarity: Belongs to the intercrine alpha (chemokine CxC) family.
